Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply when you book and join a tour with us.
Who you book with
Alanya Jeep Safari tours are sold under the licence of SIWIX Travel Agency (TÜRSAB no. 14799). Bookings are processed and ticketed by our central office, Tour Antalya (tourantalya.com).
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation with the pickup time. The price is paid in cash on the tour day. Prices are per person and listed on each tour page.
Pickup
Be at your hotel entrance at the agreed time. We wait a few minutes; guests who are not there are treated as no-shows under the cancellation policy.
Safety and age
Follow the guide’s instructions. Buggy drivers must be 18 and quad drivers 16. We may refuse participation to anyone who is unfit to drive or ignores safety rules, without refund.
Changes by us
Programmes may change because of weather, road or site conditions. We then offer an equivalent programme, another day or a refund.
Liability
We are responsible for the services we provide. We are not liable for loss from your own negligence, for valuables left unattended or for events outside our control. Travel insurance is recommended.
