How do I book?
Open a tour, choose date and guests and send the form, or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm by message with your pickup time.
When do I pay?
In cash on the tour day, in EUR, USD, GBP or TRY. Booking needs no card and no deposit.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, for every tour. Open the pickup areas page to see which areas and hotels we collect from.
Who issues my ticket?
Tour Antalya, our central booking office. Your e-ticket carries that name and can be reopened with the booking code on the find-my-booking page.
How do I cancel?
Reply to the confirmation or message us. Cancelling up to 18 hours before pickup is free; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50%.
Do I need a driving licence for a buggy or quad?
You need no licence, but the buggy driver must be 18 and the quad driver 16. Everyone gets a briefing and a practice lap first.
Can children join?
Jeep and cabrio days suit most children from 3. Children 3 to 11 pay the child fare and under-3s ride free on the jeep and canyon tours.
What should I wear and bring?
Clothes and closed shoes that may get dusty or wet, sun cream, a hat, sunglasses and, on water days, swimwear and a towel. A waterproof pouch protects your phone.
What happens in bad weather?
If a tour cannot run safely we move it to another day or refund you in full. Light rain rarely stops a safari.
Which languages do guides speak?
English, German, Russian and Turkish. Polish-speaking guests are looked after in English.
