Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel for free, what late cancellations cost and what happens if the weather stops a tour.
Free cancellation
Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 18 hours before the pickup time. Reply to your confirmation message or contact us.
Late cancellation and no-show
Inside that window, or if nobody is at the pickup point, 50% of the tour price is charged, payable in cash at the next opportunity or deducted from a rebooking.
Changes
A new date or tour costs nothing when there is space, as long as you ask before the window closes.
Weather and safety
If rain, wind or a closed track makes a tour unsafe, we offer another day or a full refund of anything paid.
